Every year, the International Film Festival takes place at my home town, Rotterdam. But how do you ensure that people will plan this week free, so they can actually go and visit the festival?

In januari 2014, I made sure that the public would remember the festival. As a guerilla, I ‘reserved’ the whole city of Rotterdam. Seats in trains and subways, on benches and even bicycles: every seat in the city was ‘reserved’ for the festival. Now it was just up to the public to make sure they would ‘reserve’ this week in their agendas!
